Nathanial Williams

President

Mr. Williams’ extensive background in construction management, aggregate sales and materials hauling brings a unique set of skills to the company. Mr. Williams’ career began in the real estate development and construction industry.  Mr. Williams oversaw construction and contract management for a variety of projects ranging from a 21 story high-rise condominium building in Las Vegas, NV with a construction budget of $195,000,000 to various condominium conversions, light industrial and commercial strip retail developments with budgets between $2,000,000 to $40,000,000 in and around the Puget Sound area.  Mr. Williams also worked in the Bakken oilfield of northwest North Dakota for the past four (4) years as the Vice President of Operations and Aggregate Sales for a hauling, sand and aggregate company. 

Mr. Williams earned a degree in Business Administration  with a focus in Operations Management from Western Washington University.


Derick Williams

Vice President

Mr. Williams serves as an integral team member of the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  Early in his career, Mr. Williams began working for a fire-fighting equipment distribution company where he began as a warehouse shipping/receiving clerk to inside sales and quickly moved into a role in Outside Sales/Territory Management. He was responsible for managing and expanding a customer list of fire departments and other government agencies. In 2013, Mr. Williams secured a job as Sales Manager with a hauling, sand and aggregate company in the Bakken oilfield of northwest North Dakota. Throughout this opportunity, Mr. Williams acquired specific knowledge of sales, marketing and operations management in the hauling and aggregate business.  


Mr. Lewis has over 25 years of experience in land development, every phase of heavy civil construction as well as marina construction.  His expertise spans pile driving, marina design/installation, utilities, site work, and structures on complex design-bid-build and design-build projects.  Oliver is a collaborative and creative thinker, always looking for innovative new ways to solve problems and think outside the box.  His expertise in civil construction is strengthened by his depth of experience in project management and estimating.   Mr. Lewis currently serves as Director of Operations for LPG Civil Construction, LLC where he is responsible for all field operations and project management.
